Director of the Education Industry—Americas – Microsoft, where she has worked since 2019.
She holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in economics from USP. She has completed coursework toward a Ph.D. in Social and Labor Economics at Unicamp. She has been active in education since the last century, always believing that educational transformation occurs through greater integration with the world: with society, with the world of work, with other fields of knowledge, and with technology.
Throughout her professional career, she has held positions as an executive and consultant in a wide range of educational fields, including: the São Paulo State Department of Education, where she was responsible for creating and implementing the Teacher Training School; the Ministry of Education; the Inter-American Development Bank; and the private sector. She also served as Executive Director of ABRELIVROS—the Brazilian Association of School Book Publishers—and as Director of Content at Bett Brasil.
