Wellington (Well) is a researcher and consultant in innovation and educational management, holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management, and is a professor of Innovation and Sustainability. Founder of the Significare Institute, an organization dedicated to educational innovation, Well is co-author of the book *The School with Generative Artificial Intelligence* and organizer of the research project *Artificial Intelligence in Basic Education*, as well as co-organizer of the renowned Transformative Educator Award. His expertise in innovation includes contributions to innovation projects with the National Institute for Space Research (INPE) and the European Space Agency (ESA).
