Building Happiness in the Educational Environment
In this activity, educators explore practical ways to foster happiness in the educational setting without losing touch with the reality of the classroom. The experience is based on three pillars: purpose (the meaning and significance of teaching), relationships (resilience and gratitude as forces to sustain the journey), and active hope, translated into concrete choices for the school year. Through active learning methods, participants engage in practices that strengthen mental health, deepen their awareness of their professional journey, and help prevent anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion. This experience invites each educator to step out of autopilot and intentionally take charge of building their own happiness at work.
