Meetings are part of the school routine, but they don’t always help the school move forward. In this session, I’ll present practical tools for structuring meetings that organize information, align agendas with the school calendar, and support decision-making. Drawing on the dialogue between individual, collective, and artificial intelligence, the goal is to rethink how we use time, prioritize agendas, and design meetings that foster active listening, focus, shared responsibility, and concrete action in educational management.
