In this session, participants are invited to redefine the planning time (Activity Hour), guaranteed by Law No. 11,738/2008, transforming it from a bureaucratic obligation into a political-pedagogical act of critical reflection. Faced with the risk of ontological colonization driven by the standardization of Artificial Intelligence, we will discuss how teachers can exercise their pedagogical agency to prevent “ontocide” and the imposition of a monoculture of being. Through methodologies such as Human-Centered Design and Emergent Planning (Progettazione), this activity proposes the design of practices that recognize the pluriverse of knowledge and local narratives. The goal is to equip educators to use AI as a partner that expands possibilities, rather than as a tool that silences identities, thereby ensuring an education that values diversity and the intellectual autonomy of teachers and students.
