The panel will discuss the significant transformation of education in Amapá during the 2022–2026 period, highlighting the importance of the following areas of transformation: (i) Data and Process Organization, (ii) Organization of Pedagogical Management, (iii) Educational Indicators, (iv) Efficient Resource Management, and (v) Transparency and Smart Governance. These strategic initiatives, implemented by the State Department of Education in partnership with Proesc, have resulted in an increase in passing rates, a reduction in dropout rates, significant improvements in literacy indicators, higher daily attendance, and greater student participation in large-scale assessments (notably the SAEB, especially in high school, which jumped from 44.1% in 2023 to 86.5% in 2025). The presentation will also address how community mobilization, improved monitoring of School Census data, and the promotion of a culture of engagement contributed to this transformation, emphasizing that the progress was not only numerical but also systemic, reflecting a collective commitment to building a quality education system that truly transforms lives.
