While pedagogical challenges are increasingly being “solved” by artificial intelligence, this workshop aims to use otherness as a problem-solving tool. Through facilitation techniques and empathy exercises, participants will engage in a collective problem-solving experience based on their relationship with what is different. Our goal is to give participants the opportunity to share their struggles and discover paths for professional growth through the perspectives of others.
