NR1 offers a fresh perspective on the workplace—and that includes schools. Organizational climate, relationships, pressure to deliver results, and mental health are no longer just cultural issues; they have also become matters of risk and management responsibility. In this presentation, we discuss what changes, in practice, for school administrators: how to identify psychosocial risks, what needs to be incorporated into management routines, and which decisions can no longer be postponed. More than just understanding the regulation, the call to action is clear: what schools need to address now.
