Artificial Intelligence does not replace teachers, but it redefines the skills needed to plan lessons with pedagogical meaning. In this hands-on experience, participants will discuss what kind of teacher schools need today and gain hands-on experience using AI as a tool to plan lessons using active learning methodologies. The proposal prompts reflection on teacher agency, pedagogical intent, and decision-making, demonstrating how to transform AI into a strategic tool for creating more meaningful learning experiences in K-12 education.
