In this session, Silvana Scarso Meneghini, PhD, challenges participants to design a prototype for teacher training using Design Thinking principles, with the goal of aligning planning and teaching with lasting learning outcomes. The activity is based on an example of backward planning using Bloom’s Taxonomy and is intended for professionals who face the challenge of ensuring consistency between what is planned, what is taught, and what is learned, in order to achieve the expected learning outcomes.
