CIEE Ahead Forum - Higher Education
Science has already proven it: geniuses don’t use more energy—they use less (2.3 watts vs. 4.7 watts for the same task). Diverse, well-coordinated groups outperform any brilliant individual. And AI doesn’t replace humans—it exponentially enhances those who know how to engage with it. InteliGENTE, HumaNóS, and InteligêncIA aren’t just the pillars of Bett Brasil 2026; they are the three dimensions of genius that every educational leader must orchestrate. This talk presents a journey in three movements: first, individual intelligence and the paradox of neural efficiency revealed by the ENIGMA Project; next, collective intelligence and the C Factor that transformed gamers into scientific problem-solvers and enabled Wikipedia to surpass traditional encyclopedias; finally, artificial intelligence as an exponential amplifier—from Vibe Coding to conversations with AI that are reshaping curricula, classes, and management models. The common thread is the concept of “exponential growth”: leadership that does not simply add up intelligences but elevates them to a higher power, because in the Fifth Industrial Revolution, a school’s greatest competitive advantage is not the technology it purchases, but the genius it manages to unleash.
