The city of Olinda (PE) is hosting the Starting tomorrow (September 27) and continuing on Thursday (September 28), the Bett Nordeste Conference will take place, organized by Bett Brasil, the organizer of the largest event on Innovation and Technology in Education in Latin America. The goal of this traveling event, which will be held at the Pernambuco Convention Center, is to create a space for dialogue on the influence of school administrators and leaders in transforming schools, particularly in basic education.
 
The opening ceremony of the Bett Nordeste Conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, with representatives from the Pernambuco State Department of Education and Sports, the president of the Pernambuco Union of Educational Institutions (SINEPE-PE), José Ricardo Diniz, the president of the Tiradentes Innovation Center, Domingos Sávio Alcântara Machado, and the director of Content at Bett Brasil, Adriana Martinelli, in attendance.
 
With the main theme “Focus on Basic Education: Transformative Dialogues,” the Bett Nordeste Conference will bring together teachers, educators, administrators, school operators, and educational leaders from the public and private sectors of basic education. The two-day program will be presented on two simultaneous stages, featuring approximately 30 guest speakers, including officials, experts, and educators.

Among the guests on the panel discussions are: André Neves, professor at UFPE; Rui Belfort, CEO of TDS Company (Recife); Eukennya de Araújo Barbosa, professor at ETEPAM/Pernambuco Department of Education; Carla Alexandre, coordinator of Educational Projects at CESAR/UFPE; Rossandro Klinjey, co-founder and ambassador of Educa; Telma Pantano, speech-language pathologist and educational psychologist at the Institute of Psychiatry at FMUSP’s Hospital das Clínicas; Alessandra Borelli, CEO of Opice Blum Academy; and Hélio Daher, Secretary of State for Education of Mato Grosso do Sul.

The event will also feature an exhibition area showcasing products, services, and technologies. Through the exhibition area, the organizers aim to provide a networking opportunity among solution providers for the education sector and educational institutions, as well as suppliers and qualified buyers with significant decision-making authority.
