With over 38 years of history, Krenke maintains its traditional factory in Guaramirim (SC) and, since September 2024, has operated a branch in Palmares (PE), expanding its presence in the North and Northeast regions. At the Bett Nordeste trade show, Krenke will showcase its line of rotomolded polyethylene, wood-plastic composite, and galvanized steel playground equipment, all certified by ABNT. These solutions are designed for various settings and feature designs tailored for elementary schools, high schools, and daycare centers. Among the materials used, wood-plastic composite is produced entirely from recycled polymers and is resistant to sun exposure, rain, and mold growth. Rotomolded polyethylene allows for the manufacture of single-piece structures that are strong, durable, flexible, and recyclable. Galvanized steel, on the other hand, consists of layers of steel, galvanization, and electrostatic paint, providing strength for structures such as swings, seesaws, and handrails.

The Big Challenge
Created in France and expanded throughout the European Union, the English Olympics competition “The Big Challenge” arrived in Brazil in 2023 with the goal of motivating and
engage students through healthy competition. The initiative is open to students from the 4th grade of elementary school through the 3rd year of high school, with exams administered between late August and the first half of September, in both print and online formats. Registration is handled by the school, and students sign up on the day of the exam; no advance registration is required. At the end, participants receive certificates and medals. To support preparation, the The Big Challenge PLAY app offers more than 20,000 questions, practice tests based on previous years’ exams, and a practice account for students at participating schools. The Academy app, meanwhile, expands resources for teachers, with classroom tools, lesson plans, games, events, and automated assignments that students can complete on cell phones, tablets, or computers.
