In 2026, the Elo Editorial Group returns to Bett Brasil with the goal of enriching the education sector through meaningful reading and learning experiences. For the second time, the group—which includes Elo Editora and PeraBook—will be present at Latin America’s leading event for innovation and technology in education, strengthening its ties with professionals and educational institutions and broadening the discussion on inclusion in the school environment.

From April 5 to 8, the Elo Group will host talks at its booth on diversity, reading literacy, teaching as a space for listening, and other topics of fundamental importance to educators and education professionals.

The publisher's goal is to provide schools with an ecosystem of solutions capable of fostering reading skills in early childhood and contributing to students' critical thinking skills throughout their entire educational journey. 

In addition, the guest speakers will address important contemporary topics such as: social-emotional learning, Indigenous culture, African identity, and ancestry. One of the confirmed speakers is Daniel Munduruku, who recently became the first Indigenous author to be elected to the São Paulo Academy of Letters. 

Munduruku will launch his new book *O muiraquitã: uma proteção ancestral* (The Muiraquitã: An Ancestral Protection) and, alongside Mauricio Negro, will discuss the importance of Indigenous literature in students’ education. This concern also led to the creation of the “Vozes Originárias” Project, launched in 2025 by PeraBook Editora. Aimed at children and teenagers, the project brings together books written and illustrated by Indigenous authors from diverse ethnic groups and regions of Brazil.

Kiusam Oliveira is another confirmed speaker at the Elo Editorial Group booth at Bett 2026. The writer will speak about “Books That Inspire,” presenting her book *All I Want Is Love* and *Timina and the Secret in DNA* by Rosa Maria Tavares Andrade, with illustrations by Carol Borges. In addition to being an author, Kiusam is the curator of PeraBook’s *Vozes Pretas* Project, which publishes children’s and young adult books written and illustrated by Black authors.

Jairo Bouer, a physician and educator with nearly 80,000 followers on social media, will also be at BETT to lead an important discussion on youth mental health and new masculinities. At a time so marked by gender-based violence, the Elo Editorial Group emphasizes the importance of addressing social and behavioral issues, highlighting the role of educators and literature in bringing about these changes.
