One of the Northeast's leading education events will take place on August 19 and 20 at the Recife Expo Center in Recife (PE)

Jornada Bett, one of the leading education events in the Northeast, already has a date set for its next edition: it will be held on August 19 and 20 at the Recife Expo Center in Recife (PE). Organized by Bett Brasil, in partnership with Sinepe-PE, the event will bring together educators, administrators, experts, and government representatives to discuss practical ways to transform basic education in both public and private school systems.

The central theme of the event will be “Intelligence in Action: Experiences That Transform Education, an initiative that seeks to connect reflection with pedagogical practice in schools and school systems. This choice aligns directly with the theme of Bett Brasil 2026—“Individual, Collective, and Artificial Intelligences: All Within Us, Right Now!”—broadening the discussion to include the concrete experiences of educators and administrators in their daily school lives.

“The theme of the event invites us to reflect on how different dimensions of intelligence—individual, collective, and artificial—can and should interact to have a positive impact on schools and school systems,” notes Adriana Martinelli, content director at Bett Brasil .

The central theme is organized around four key areas. The first is “Pedagogical Action, which focuses on active methodologies, innovative practices, curricular integration, and the creative use of analog and digital resources. “Collective Action,” meanwhile, addresses school management, network governance, nonviolent communication, and collaboration among educational communities.

The “Digital Action” track explores educational platforms, digital resources, applied artificial intelligence, and learning support tools. Finally, “Inclusive Action” brings topics such as diversity, equity, anti-racist education, digital citizenship, and mental health to the forefront of the discussion.

The program will bring together government representatives, school administrators, teachers, and experts to foster dialogue and the exchange of experiences, with the goal of strengthening public and private education in the region and across the country.

In addition to the presentations in the auditoriums, the Bett Nordeste Conference will also feature an exhibition area, where companies in the sector will showcase the latest innovations, new releases, and solutions in products and services geared toward education.

For Claudia Valério, director of Bett Brasil, the event’s growth reflects the strength and diversity of the region’s educational ecosystem. “The Bett Nordeste Conference returns for another edition as a forum for strategic dialogue among educators and administrators in the region. Each year, we see greater engagement from the public, both in sharing experiences and in seeking solutions that support the transformation of education,” she notes.

At its most recent edition, the Bett Nordeste Conference brought together more than 60 speakers in Recife and welcomed over 2,200 education professionals over the course of two days of programming, reinforcing its position as one of the leading regional events focused on innovation and the future of education. Registration for the 2026 edition will open soon.
