Alert: What's New at Bett Nordeste Conference! The traveling event, which will take place on September 4 and 5 at the Recife Expo Center, has announced a new attraction for attendees: guided technical tours of the Vila Aprendiz school and Porto Digital. The goal of this initiative is to offer attendees of the conference a first-hand (on-site) look at the teaching practices and innovative projects developed at these two institutions located in the city of Recife.

At Escola Vila Aprendiz, the event will take place on September 4, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During the visit to the school, which specializes in early childhood education, participants will tour the facilities and learn about the school’s educational approach, with a focus on the classrooms organized by grade level to facilitate active and emotionally engaging learning.

According to the institution's staff, the small class sizes and the close relationship between students and staff create an environment where emotions and bonds have a positive impact on learning.

The technical visit to Porto Digital—one of Brazil’s leading technology parks and innovation hubs—will take place on September 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about Porto Digital’s history and how it operates, as well as learn about its upcoming projects.

Limited openings

To apply for a spot, members of Congress must meet the following criteria: purchase a ticket for both days of the Bett Northeast Conference by August 16, with payment made by that date. Register for the Bett Conference here. 

On August 19, 12 participants will be selected for each technical tour through an online drawing conducted by the organizer, Bett Brasil.
