The conference will address topics related to leadership, innovation, and the challenges of education in the 21st century

In an increasingly dynamic educational landscape, strategic school leadership is essential for adapting to change and ensuring students’ academic and social-emotional development, as well as maintaining a positive environment for educators. In this regard, the Bett Brasil Administrators’ Forum at Bett Brasil is a must-attend event for professionals who lead schools.

Aimed at leaders and administrators of public and private elementary and secondary schools across the country, the Administrators’ Forum is an opportunity to share experiences, solutions, and projects that impact educational administration.

In 2025, the program will feature educators and experts who will address key topics for this area of management. There will be more than 16 sessions, featuring more than 30 speakers.

One of the highlights of this year’s Forum will be a presentation by Xavier Araguay, president of Reimagine Education, titled “Are We Prepared to Lead the Educational Transformation Ahead? Keys to Anticipating Innovation and Educational Change in a Changing World.” In his presentation, Araguay will discuss how educational institutions face multiple pressures—social, economic, technological, and administrative—and how they can anticipate and lead changes that directly impact teachers, families, and students. The role of artificial intelligence in education and the need to rethink educational models will also be on the agenda.

Another important topic at the Forum will be the new rule restricting cell phone use in schools. The panel will feature Judge Vanessa Cavalieri and Alexandre Le Voci Sayad, director of ZeitGeist (Education, Culture, and Media) and co-chair of the UNESCO MIL Alliance. The discussion will address the impacts of banning these devices, the challenges of regulation, and the possibilities of turning cell phones into educational tools, exploring strategies to promote the responsible use of technology in education.

Strategic leadership in times of crisis will also be a central topic at the Managers’ Forum. The panel “How to Maintain Strategic Leadership in Times of Crisis and Transformation?” will feature SEB Group CEO Thamila Zaher, Mario Guio, president of the Alfa e Beto Institute, and Amábile Pacios, vice president of the National Federation of Private Schools (Fenep). The discussion will focus on the challenges faced by administrators in decision-making, supporting their teams, and maintaining the quality of education amid the uncertainties of the educational landscape.

Another session will be “Caring for the Caregivers: Mental Health and School Climate,” featuring Vivian Dias, educational director at EAI Educa. The discussion will explore the current state of mental health in education and the development of social-emotional skills as a strategic approach to strengthening teachers’ well-being and fostering a positive school climate.

And there will also be a panel discussion titled “Educational Materials as a Tool for Transformation: What Works in Basic Education?”, featuring Bruno Prado, Educational Manager at Rede Damas Educacional, and Ricardo Tavares, Director General of FTD Educação. The experts will discuss the effectiveness of teaching materials in student education and how they can be improved to meet new educational demands, promoting dynamic and meaningful learning.

The Managers’ Forum program will also feature panels such as: “Strategic Financial Management: How Reliable Data Can Turn the Enrollment Period into an Opportunity for Growth,” “What Neuroscience Tells Us About Mental Health in Schools: 6 Strategies You Can Put into Practice Tomorrow,” “School-Family Relationships: Tutoring as a Tool for Educational Innovation,” “Inclusive Education and Regenerative Futures: Pathways to a School That Welcomes Everyone,” and “What Are eSports and Why Do They Matter in Education?”

The 30th edition of Bett Brasil, the largest event for Innovation and Technology in Education in Latin America, will take place from April 28 to May 1 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.

Guided by the central theme “Education to Tackle Crises and Build Regenerative Futures”, the event will address social, environmental, and economic challenges that impact education in Brazil and around the world. The subtopics that will guide the discussions over the four days include: Climate Crisis; Artificial Intelligence; Mental Health; Learning by Doing; Access, Retention, and Equity in Education; and Human Development.

The program will feature 12 concurrent sessions, spread across the Basic Education Congress, the Ahead by Bett Forum, the Administrators’ Forum, the Public Education Arena, and the Startups Arena.

To participate in the Managers' Forum, you must purchase the “Managers' Forum + Basic Education Conference” pass and select the desired number of days. You can register at this link. The Managers' Forum is supported by EAI Educa and isaac.
