The Transformative Educator Award, a joint initiative of Sebrae, Bett Brasil, and the Significare Institute, announced the winning educational projects from the State Round of the award’s 2nd edition. In this phase, projects representing Brazil’s 26 states and the Federal District were selected, divided into the award’s 7 categories. The top finishers in each category will advance to the next stage of selection (the regional stage).

The regional round will take place on April 5, when the top participants in each of the seven categories from each region will be selected. The winners will qualify for the national round and will also receive a complete participation package for Bett Brasil 2024 (including a conference pass, airfare, lodging, and meals), a Regional Excellence certificate, and a digital seal.

The national winners will be announced on April 24 at Bett Brasil, the largest event for Innovation and Technology in Education in Latin America. To watch the ceremony, register for free here.

Transformative Educator Award

The Transformative Educator Award aims to identify, recognize, and promote innovative and transformative projects carried out by educators from across Brazil. In this second edition, a total of 3,460 projects were submitted across the 7 categories: Early Childhood Education, Elementary School—Early Years, Elementary School—Later Years, Regular High School, Vocational Education, Youth and Adult Education (EJA), and Higher Education.
