Data Culture in Education: Turning ENEM Data into Pedagogical Decisions
This workshop explores how schools can move from a results-analysis approach to a true culture of educational data. Drawing on the Enem 2.0 Observatory and public data provided by INEP, we will discuss how to interpret performance patterns, identify learning gaps, and transform data into concrete instructional actions. The workshop integrates question difficulty levels with Bloom’s Taxonomy, highlighting how the cognitive demands of assessments impact teaching, planning, and the development of more precise interventions. Rather than simply reading numbers, the focus is on using data to inform pedagogical decisions, make teaching more strategic, and amplify the impact on learning.
