Bett Brasil 2026, Latin America’s largest event on Innovation and Technology in Education, which will take place May 5–8 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo (SP), will bring together educational leaders from across the country to discuss the main challenges of school administration. One of the highlights of the program is the Managers’ Forum, a forum dedicated to principals, school system administrators, coordinators, and leaders of school districts interested in reflecting on strategies for leadership, innovation, and institutional sustainability in K-12 education.

Now in its 31st edition, the event will feature 13 concurrent sessions, more than 450 speakers, and representatives from over 22 countries, inviting educators, administrators, policymakers, and businesses to reflect on how different human and technological capabilities can work together in the day-to-day operations of schools, school systems, and educational organizations.

“The Administrators’ Forum was designed to support those on the front lines of decision-making in schools. Our goal is to provide a space for discussion, reflection, and staying up to date on topics that directly impact educational administration, such as leadership, artificial intelligence, pedagogical innovation, and the well-being of school communities,” says Adriana Martinelli, Director of Content at Bett Brasil.

With more than 16 hours of programming and over 30 speakers, the Forum will address topics such as people management, digital transformation, educational marketing, inclusion, continuing education, and new teaching models. The content agenda aligns with the event’s central theme, “Individual, Collective, and Artificial Intelligences: All Within Us, Right Now!” and will be structured around four pillars: InteliGENTE, HumaNÓS, InteligêncIA, and Dialogues on Intelligences, which connect theory, practice, and institutional strategy.

Among the highlights of the Forum is the panel “What Mix of Intelligences Is Needed to Transform Schools?”, which will discuss the impact of transformative and networked leadership on a “figital” (physical, digital, and social) world, as well as the possibilities for integrating artificial intelligence into educational ecosystems. Leading this discussion will be the Meira brothers: Luciano Meira, a professor at UFPE and Head of Pedagogy at Proz Educação, and Silvio Meira, chief scientist at TDS.company.

The challenges of education in a hyperconnected world will also be addressed in the panel discussion “Between Likes and Laws: What Do School Administrators Need to Know About Technology, Adolescence, and Mental Health?”, featuring Caio Lo Bianco, CEO of LIV – Laboratório Inteligência de Vida, and Judge Vanessa Cavalieri, who will discuss topics such as digital citizenship, excessive screen time, and the impact of digital platforms on the social and emotional development of children and adolescents.

The panel “The Professional of the Future” will be led by Michelle Schneider, a visiting professor at Singularity University, who will analyze changes in the job market and the essential skills needed to adapt to the age of artificial intelligence.

The program will also feature discussions on inclusion and diversity during the panel “More Than Acceptance: How Neurodiversity Requires Transformation in Culture, Curriculum, and Community,” with the participation of Telma Pantano, a speech-language pathologist and educational psychologist at the Hospital das Clínicas of the USP School of Medicine, and Kadu Lins, CEO of the Autism Institute and founder of the University of Inclusion.

Another important topic for school administration is institutional communication. In the panel “Desmarketize Yourself, branding expert João Branco will discuss changes in marketing and the relationship between brands and their audience. Complementing this topic, the session “Brand, Experience, and the Future: How to Position Schools in a Changing Market” will bring together Walter Longo and Julia Contier Fares, communications professionals, to discuss how management and marketing can work together to strengthen the positioning of educational institutions.

The Managers' Forum aims to bring together different voices and perspectives to emphasize that leading a school today requires a strategic vision capable of integrating people, data, technology, and purpose.
