1. Onlineregistrationwill be complete only after you receive a confirmation email.

BettEducar assumes no liability if the Event is altered, rescheduled, postponed, or canceled due to force majeure or any other event that renders its holding imprudent, illegal, impractical, or impossible. These reasons include, but are not limited to: government and/or regulatory restrictions, war or threat of war, terrorism or threat of terrorism, disasters, civil unrest, disturbances, and/or strikes.

3.Your company's namemay be used in Bett Educar's communications.

4. Byregistering for the Event, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Hyve Group Plc on the Bett Educar website, including the collection, storage, and processing of your information. If you disagree with any term set forth in those documents, do not register for the Event and do not use the Bett Educar website. Before submitting any personal information to us, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Hyve Group Plc on the Bett Educar website to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices.

5.DATA COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND SHARING

5.1 By registering for the Hyve online conference, you agree that the personal information collected for registration purposes may be used for the following purposes (“Personal Information”):
a) to process your activities at the Hyve online conference, such as your registration and submission of abstracts/videos;
b) general communication, including to provide you with information about our online meetings and in-person events or to respond to your questions and comments;
c) sending newsletters and advertisements regarding our online meetings or in-person events that may be of interest to you. You may choose not to receive this information and request that future communications be discontinued. All such communications sent to you will contain instructions on how to unsubscribe;
d) preventing potentially prohibited or illegal activities or addressing and resolving legal disputes, for regulatory purposes, to enforce the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Hyve Group Plc for the Bett Educar website, or as we believe is necessary or appropriate (i) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; and (ii) to protect our rights, property, or interests.

5.2 You agree that it may be necessary or appropriate for Bett Educar to provide access to your Personal Information to others, such as its affiliates (i.e., any company controlled by, controlling, or under common control with Hyve Group Plc), service providers, contractors, software providers, and selected vendors, in order to conduct its operations and improve our events. In its agreements with business partners, Bett Educar requires compliance with applicable legal standards and enforces confidentiality restrictions. Any transfer of data from Brazil will be made to locations with similar and adequate levels of data protection.

5.3 By checking this box, you consent to Bett Educar sharing your Personal Information with the Sponsors of our events. If you agree to the terms of this checkbox, you authorize the Sponsors to access your Personal Information through Bett Educar and to use it to communicate with you about their products and services.

5.4 Your Personal Information may be retained and maintained by Bett Educar as a record of your interest in Bett Educar’s online and in-person events, so that Bett Educar may invite you to those or similar events in the future, unless you choose to no longer share your Personal Information with Bett Educar for this purpose.
