The central theme of the event will be “Individual, collective, and artificial intelligences: all within us, right now! When they interact, education is transformed.”

In an increasingly interconnected world, dialogue serves as the foundation for building a quality, inclusive, and equitable education system. It is through dialogue that different voices come together to generate solutions that address contemporary challenges.

It is in this spirit of collaboration and active listening that Bett Brasil—Latin America’s largest event on Innovation and Technology in Education—announces the central theme of its 31st edition, to be held May 5–8, 2026, at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo: “Individual, Collective, and Artificial Intelligences: All Within Us, Now! When they interact, education is transformed.”

This topic invites reflection on the different dimensions of human and technological intelligence, which can and should engage in dialogue to have a positive impact on schools and educational systems.

The 2026 edition reaffirms Bett Brasil’s mission to be a space for gathering and collective creation for those who believe in the power of education to transform lives and societies. More than just an event, Bett has established itself as a hub that connects people, ideas, and solutions, always committed to driving the future of education.

“Education is the cornerstone of human, social, and economic development, and Bett Brasil has taken the lead as the meeting place for the educational ecosystem. It is here that leaders, administrators, entrepreneurs, educators, and experts come together to share good ideas, showcase innovations, and develop solutions for inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education,” says Claudia Valério, director general of Bett Brasil.

Definition of the topic

Adriana Martinelli, content director at Bett Brasil, explains that the process of determining the central theme involved a careful and ongoing examination of the educational landscape and its changes.

“The choice of theme stems from a variety of factors, such as keeping abreast of the social context, input from our Advisory Board, monitoring trends and debates in the education sector, as well as research and feedback from speakers, conference attendees, and the general public at the event,” he says.

Adriana points out that we are living through a unique moment in the history of education, in which multiple intelligences coexist and complement one another.

“The different dimensions of intelligence manifest themselves simultaneously: the uniqueness of each individual, the strength of collective action, and the power of digital and artificial technologies. When each of these is recognized in isolation, it already paves the way for transformation; but when they engage in dialogue, new possibilities emerge to reinvent teaching practices, renew school management, expand inclusion, and create innovative educational business models,” he says.

Four subtopics to inspire and connect

In 2026, Bett Brasil will organize the event’s program around four themes that reflect the many expressions of intelligence and its applications in the educational context: InteliGENTE (individual), HumaNÓS (collective), InteligêncIA (artificial), and Diálogos de Inteligências ( all within us).

Understand what will be covered in each subtopic:

  • InteliGENTE - Individual Intelligences: explores the power of individual intelligences, valuing self-awareness, social-emotional skills, and diversity in all its forms. It also addresses mental health, human relationships, nonviolent communication, and teaching practices that strengthen each student’s uniqueness. Media literacy is key to shaping critical and conscious citizens in a hyperconnected world.

  • HumaNÓS - Collective Intelligences: highlights the power of collective intelligence, which is present in school management, environmental, social, and governance sustainability, and collaborative networks. It emphasizes the central role of education and the rediscovery of the joy of teaching, through practices that renew the meaning of the profession. It also explores the role of social media and digital platforms as spaces for belonging, learning, and social interaction—while simultaneously challenging schools to mediate conflicts and combat cyberbullying.

  • Intelligence - Artificial Intelligence: presents artificial intelligence applied to education in an ethical and practical way. It includes intelligent agents, Physical AI, digital literacy, personalized learning, and the pedagogical use of digital platforms. It also addresses the debate surrounding algorithms, social media, and data, showing how AI can support teaching practices, transform the classroom, and generate new educational business models.

  • Dialogues on Intelligences—All Within Us: brings together individual, collective, and artificial intelligences in dialogue, pointing the way toward inclusion, equity, social justice, and innovation. It is a space for synthesis, where ethical dilemmas surrounding technology, digital citizenship, fake news, screen addiction, and the social impacts of digital platforms are discussed. It is also here that new forms of educational management, innovation in business models, and marketing and fundraising strategies emerge, demonstrating how multiple intelligences can work together to transform education and build sustainable futures.
