Bett Brasil is hosting the 2023 edition of the Exhibitors' University
On Tuesday (14), Bett Brasil held the 2023 edition of the Exhibitors’ University in the SNE Experience auditorium at Shopping Frei Caneca. The event was dedicated to the companies and startups confirmed to participate in Latin America’s largest Education and Technology event, which will take place May 9–12 at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo. The goal was to present the latest news, attractions, activities, and best practices to help exhibitors maximize their results before, during, and after the May event.
With more than 80 participants, the opening remarks were delivered by Bett Brasil’s director, Claudia Valério, who highlighted the company’s year-round schedule of initiatives, including Bett Meeting—a space designed to foster stronger relationships—and the Bett Sul and Bett Nordeste conferences, regional events aimed at administrators and operators of K-12 education.
Next, Adriana Martinelli, Director of Content at Bett Brasil, explained the details of the Bett Brasil Conference, whose central theme will be “Education and Work for New Futures.” Topics related to K-12 education—such as curriculum, technology, assessment, and diversity—will be discussed, as well as topics in higher and vocational education through Ahead by Bett, including employability, hybrid learning, innovation, and initial training, among others.

In all, there will be seven auditoriums covering the thematic areas, featuring new content presentation formats that will enable greater interaction between speakers and the audience. In addition, one of the new features is the Bett Brasil app, developed in partnership with Layers, which will enhance the participant experience and foster greater interaction both during the event and throughout the year.
Another new initiative is Bett Conect@, a networking and business program designed to facilitate quick, one-on-one, personalized meetings. The goal is to effectively connect providers of educational solutions with buyers from educational institutions in a setting conducive to dialogue.

Case studies and best practices were also presented on how exhibitors can increase brand awareness and measure their results, as well as other exhibition opportunities and all safety standards and procedures for setting up booths at the trade show.

The Exhibitors’ University fostered greater dialogue, connection, and relationships with solution providers for the education sector: “I loved the event; it was very informative and full of useful information. My expectations for Bett Brasil are very high; from what I’ve seen as a visitor, I know what it offers and what we can achieve through these connections,” said Angelica Stabile, a representative of Ontario Virtual School (OVS), which was exhibiting for the first time. “The event really reinforces this line of discussion about what the exhibitors’ goals are, in addition to answering questions and promoting networking,” added Alex Sandro Gomes, founder of Divertimente.

According to Tiago Freixiela, commercial manager at Liberty Education, the meeting helps companies making their debut at Bett Brasil gain a better understanding of the event: “It’s especially important for first-time exhibitors to align their expectations with reality—even when it comes to some simple things that people tend to forget. So this event is of the utmost importance,” he said. Luiz Marcolino, general manager of Instituto Fazendo Acontecer, highlighted the lessons learned from the meeting and the preparations for May: “My expectations—and those of our entire team—are as high as possible; we’re very excited,” he added.
