Bett Nordeste Conference Energizes the Education Market and Expands Business Connections in the Northeast
The 2026 edition of the Bett Nordeste Conference concluded with figures that underscore the strength of the region’s education market. Held in Recife, the event brought together approximately 2,500 participants, including administrators, school operators, teachers, experts, and companies, marking a 20% increase over the previous edition.
In addition to the content program, the trade show—featuring more than 50 brands—facilitated strategic connections and opened up new business opportunities for companies in various sectors of the education industry.
For exhibitors, participating in the event provided an opportunity to expand their markets, prospect new customers, strengthen their brands, and establish partnerships that could generate business in the medium and long term. The event also highlighted the diversity and evolution of the educational ecosystem, with solutions ranging from school furniture to artificial intelligence, management, training, and inclusive education.
For Metadil’s sales supervisor, Luiz Alves, participating in the Bett Nordeste Conference was a strategic move to bring the company closer to its customers and showcase new products. “We made some great connections; it was really nice to talk with the audience, showcase our new releases, and present the products we have in our lineup, as well as our wide variety of products,” he said.
The company, which produces more than 2,000 furniture models, brought between 40 and 50 products to the event, including solutions for various educational settings and the new acoustic partition, as well as an exclusive lounge for leaders furnished with Metadil furniture. According to Alves, the regional market shows positive prospects, driven by the emergence of new schools and the expansion of existing institutions.

The event’s ability to bring suppliers together with public and private sector managers was also highlighted. According to Igor Ventura, Product Director at the Eureka Group, the trade show facilitated contacts with new municipalities, states, departments of education, and management professionals.
“We met representatives from new municipalities and states who came here to talk with us, as well as state education departments and education administrators. We hope to build on these discussions in the coming steps,” he said. The company presented solutions that combine educational materials, professional development, its own platform, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on supporting teachers and learning.
The business potential was also recognized by the GGE Education System, which drew crowds with giveaways, podcasts, and mini-lectures at its booth, creating a lively atmosphere during the exhibition. According to Thiago Reis, strategic manager, the main objectives of their participation were to strengthen relationships and expand lead generation.
“The event brought us some very high-quality leads with potential for new business, and now we’re going to follow up on these opportunities after the fair,” he explained. According to him, the event also increased the brand’s visibility among schools that were not yet part of its commercial reach.

The GGE Education System combines instructional materials, technological and pedagogical tools, continuing education, and individualized support from educational consultants who assist partner institutions from the implementation of solutions through to the optimization of resources. Among these tools, V4 stands out as an intelligence platform for pedagogical management used by GGE to transform data into more strategic and efficient decisions within schools.
Among the exhibitors, Exitus highlighted the potential for financial returns based on the leads generated. Commercial Director Gabriel Alves noted that the trade show opened up opportunities with both clients and companies interested in partnerships among the exhibitors themselves.
“I think, from a business perspective, the trade show was very positive for us. It was the event where we had the most conversations with people who share our vision for commercial partnerships and joint sales. We’re very pleased with the Bett Conference,” he said. In addition to making contacts with institutions in Pernambuco and other Northeastern states, the company identified opportunities for partnerships with companies operating nationally and internationally.
Exitus presented an educational management platform developed based on three decades of experience in technology within an educational group. The solution uses artificial intelligence in various processes, such as enrollment, administration, assessments, and the production of instructional materials, demonstrating how digital transformation already plays a strategic role in the management of educational institutions.

Innovation was also evident among the startups, which this year were given their own exclusive area at the fair. Leide Maia, founder of Maia Educacional – Maia Solutions for Inclusive Education, highlighted the importance of the event as a networking opportunity for companies in the expansion phase.
“The fair is always a very important opportunity for us to make connections, meet people, and promote our work,” he said. The startup generated about 200 leads on the first day alone at the Startup Arena and is counting on those contacts to lead to new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Bianca Nogueira, the representative from Wizard by Pearson, noted that, in addition to its products and solutions, the company presented a study focused on the region: “We studied the demographics of the Northeast and the requirements parents look for in English language instruction. We presented the study to a full and eager audience. We were very pleased with the turnout and with being able to bring all our solutions to the Northeast,” she said.
With the participation of established companies, startups, executives, and professionals from various states, the Bett Nordeste Conference reinforced its role as a networking and business platform for the sector. The 20% increase in attendance and the total of 2,500 participants demonstrate the event’s growth and Recife’s importance as a hub for the educational market in the North and Northeast regions.
More than just bringing suppliers and buyers together in one place, the event demonstrated that education drives a diverse economic chain involving technology, furniture, management, content, training, innovation, and specialized solutions. The contacts made over the two days are now moving into a new phase: turning the connections forged at the event into contracts, partnerships, and new business opportunities for the sector.
