The Bett Nordeste Conference Proposes Transformative Discussions on Basic Education
Bett Brasil, established as the largest education and technology event in Latin America, is expanding its mission to bring knowledge and dialogue to the country’s diverse educational sectors and stakeholders 365 days a year. To this end, among other initiatives, it will host the Bett Nordeste Conference in Olinda (PE), , on September 27 and 28 at the Pernambuco Convention Center.
The Bett Nordeste Conference will bring together experts and educators to discuss issues related to public and private basic education with the local education community, which consists primarily of administrators, school operators, and educational leaders. This event will provide an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and ideas, highlighting the central theme: “Basic Education in Focus: Transformative Dialogues.”
“We are facilitating discussions with diverse audiences, creating opportunities for the exchange of ideas and experiences that reflect the different realities of their regions and cities—both to share knowledge through these events and to learn from those who have much to contribute to Brazilian education, and this is essential for the entire educational chain—from teachers, administrators, and school operators to companies, which can present initiatives and solutions for schools and educational institutions,” explains Claudia Valério, General Director of Bett Brasil.

Transformative Dialogues
Under the central theme “Focus on Basic Education: Transformative Dialogues,” the Bett Nordeste Conference will guide fundamental and strategic discussions for the education sector, focusing on innovative strategies and practices. The event aims to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment where participants will have the opportunity to express themselves, reflect, ask questions, and build knowledge together.
"By bringing experts, educators, and key professionals in the field of education to Olinda, our goal is to foster interesting and strategic discussions with local educational institutions, facilitating an enriching exchange of experiences and perspectives. To that end, the conference organizes panels in formats that stimulate dialogue among all participants, such as roundtable discussions and participatory forums, which encourage direct interaction with the audience,” says Adriana Martinelli, Director of Content at Bett Brasil.
The program for the Bett Nordeste Conference will cover topics such as lifelong learning, social-emotional issues, inclusive education, mental health and well-being in education, the genuine practice of listening to students—which can revolutionize school dynamics and promote a more participatory, engaging, and tailored education—proposals for a safe and resilient school environment, and how to integrate social-emotional competencies as a comprehensive and cross-cutting approach that transcends the boundaries of the classroom and becomes a cornerstone. The event also provides a forum for discussing the challenges and prospects of implementing the New High School Curriculum.
In addition, the Bett Lab—a listening and solutions lab for educational institutions—will also be held. The initiative will provide dedicated mentoring time between administrators and educational leaders and providers of educational solutions.
