With more than 30 speakers, this Bett Brasil initiative explores leadership, AI, mental health, innovation, and the future of basic education; check out the schedule.

The school administrator is one of the most strategic figures in the country's basic education system. He or she is responsible for making important decisions regarding the budget and financial sustainability, the educational curriculum, the implementation of innovations, and the organizational climate of the staff.

It is for this audience that the Managers’ Forum is hosting a space at Bett Brasil, Latin America’s largest event for Innovation and Technology in Education, taking place May 5–8 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.

The Forum provides a space dedicated to strategic reflection and the development of solutions for educational management, particularly in the private sector. With more than 16 hours of programming and 30 speakers, the initiative will address topics such as people management, digital transformation, marketing, inclusion, teaching models, professional development, and learning.

The Forum’s auditorium was designed for those who set the course: general and academic directors, administrators, coordinators, school operators, school owners, and leaders of private school networks who seek to align their institutions with industry trends and best practices.

The content agenda is aligned with the central theme of Bett Brasil 2026: “Individual, Collective, and Artificial Intelligences: All Within Us, Right Now! When They Engage in Dialogue, Education Is Transformed”. The program broadens our perspective on how different forms of intelligence can coexist, complement one another, and have a positive impact on teaching and learning processes.

The program is organized around four themes— InteliGENTE, HumaNÓS, InteligêncIA, and Dialogues on Intelligences — which connect theory, practice, and institutional strategy.

Among the highlights is the panel “What Is the Mix of Intelligences Needed to Transform Schools?”, which explores the impact of transformative and networked leadership in a phygital (physical, digital, and social) world and the coordination that maximizes the use of artificial intelligence in educational ecosystems. Participants include brothers Luciano Meira, a professor at UFPE and Head of Pedagogy at Proz Educação, and Silvio Meira, chief scientist at TDS.company.

The challenges of education in a hyperconnected world are also addressed in the panel discussion “Between Likes and Laws: What Do School Administrators Need to Know About Technology, Adolescence, and Mental Health?” The discussion brings together Caio Lo Bianco, CEO of LIV—Laboratório Inteligência de Vida—and Vanessa Cavalieri, a judge on the Rio de Janeiro Court for Children and Youth, to discuss topics such as digital citizenship, excessive screen time, laws and ethics in the online environment, as well as the impacts of digital platforms on mental health and the social and emotional development of younger generations.

In “The Professional of the Future,” Michelle Schneider, a partner at Signal & Cipher and visiting professor at Singularity University, takes readers on a journey through the revolutions in the world of work up to the Age of Artificial Intelligence, analyzing the impacts on the market, emerging jobs, and the essential behavioral skills needed to adapt to this new context, based on recent studies by the World Economic Forum.

The panel “More Than Acceptance: How Neurodiversity Requires Transformation in Culture, Curriculum, and Community”will discuss how recognizing different ways of learning and being requires transforming school culture, teaching practices, the curriculum, and even community relationships. Participants include Telma Pantano, a speech-language pathologist and educational psychologist at the Hospital das Clínicas of the USP School of Medicine, and Kadu Lins, CEO of the Autism Institute and founder of the University of Inclusion.

The importance of communication and marketing for schools will be another key topic. During the panel discussion titled “Desmarketize-se, João Branco—voted Brazil’s most admired marketing professional and listed among Forbes’ Top 10 CMOs—will discuss the future of marketing and the changes that need to take place for a brand to build a close relationship with its audience.

The session “Brand, Experience, and the Future: How to Position Schools in a Changing Market” will feature Walter Longo, a partner at Unimark Longo, and Julia Contier Fares, Communications and Marketing Manager at Rede Santa Catarina. They will explain why management and marketing must work together in an integrated manner to keep the school relevant amid changing family behaviors. The session will address how to strengthen institutional positioning, develop consistent value propositions, and create experiences that build student loyalty.

By bringing together different voices and perspectives, the School Leaders Forum reinforces the idea that leading a school today is, above all, about exercising an integrative approach: one capable of bringing together people, data, technology, and purpose.
